The AI Autopilot mode instantly replies to any question without needing pre-approval. When another user sends you a message, your AI will automatically reply. This mode is useful when you’re dealing with repetitive questions from multiple team members or to still provide responses while you’re away on vacation, for example.
You can turn on AI Autopilot for any individual conversation with another user or in any channel you own. If you don’t want to send replies with low personal score, you can adjust the personal score threshold to filter them out. You can even set a default message to let the other user know that your AI doesn’t have enough information about that topic.
