Program Manager

Charlotte ensures that Personal AI's customers have the best experience possible. She is a Swedish native who surprisingly hates the cold, and holds a degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Product Operations

Chelsea focuses on keeping the team and projects in sync, serving as the connection between business and engineering teams to ensure product requirements are delivered successfully and on time. Outside of work, she loves fostering dogs and spending weekends on "dog days out" with rescue pups.

AI Engineer

Deeksha focuses on AI engineering efforts, testing new model and algorithm capabilities, solutioning and standing up scalable computing systems and architectures to address business and technical challenges, and providing performance testing and accuracy feedback that shapes system functionality. She also contributes AI system and tool development changes to support and enhance computing capabilities.

Lead Platform Engineer

Drew leads platform engineering efforts, testing new backend capabilities, solutioning and standing up client use cases through data source integration, and providing UX and performance feedback that shapes the direction of the product. He also contributes frontend and backend development changes to support platform growth. In his off time, he enjoys training for triathlons.

Ivy is an AI architect specializing in training AIs for enterprise customers and advanced data preprocessing. Ivy loves durian so much that she can’t understand why people think it smells bad.

Jonathan focuses on bringing Personal AI to the world through creative partnerships and distribution channels. He enjoys roasting coffee and sailing in his free time.

Katelyn specializes in integrating Personal AI's solutions into client systems, ensuring seamless functionality across workflows. She loves when things work as intended, and will fix them if they don’t.

Compliance Analyst

Kenny ensures the security and integrity of Personal AI's data. He leads compliance with certifications such as SOC 2. Kenny is an avid rock climber in his free time.

Kristie shapes every aspect of the customer experience, from brand design to product design. Prior to Personal AI, she led product design and brand at Aira. Kristie was named Forbes 30 under 30 in consumer technology.

Lillie, Personal AI’s Brand Expert, creates marketing strategies that highlight the company’s private, secure AI. She simplifies complex ideas and brings creativity to brand storytelling, helping advance Personal AI’s vision.

Maya is Personal AI's AI Persona Chief Marketing Officer. She masterfully crafts and executes the company's brand strategy, ensuring a cohesive and compelling narrative across all marketing channels.

Fractional CFO

Minal drives financial strategy as Fractional CFO, leveraging her Math degree from Harvey Mudd College and MBA from NYU Stern. Based in rural Northern California, she brings a sharp analytical approach to scaling AI-driven businesses.

VP of Engineering

Miki ensures Personal AI's systems are always up and running smoothly, maintaining the backbone of the company's infrastructure. Miki wrote his first programs by hand in BASIC before he even owned a computer.

Neo brings people and technology together to help teams perform at their best. Through thoughtful guidance and smart solutions, this role helps agents grow and deliver outstanding service. Working closely with development teams, the position balances continuous improvement, quality, and smooth operations.

Sr Backend Engineer

Pantelis, builds and optimizes scalable backend services, APIs, and distributed systems that power AI driven products. Outside of work, I enjoy playing pickleball, taking long walks on the beach and family time.

Pyae is a hands-on Engineering Manager leading a cross-functional engineering team to build the core APIs and services powering the PAI platform. Off duty, he's chipping away at a futuristic mystery-thriller novel, with a little help from AI.

Q leads the internal technical roadmap, manages system architecture, and ensures robust security. Q excels at problem-solving, breaking down complex tech concepts, and working closely with the 25-person team to keep Personal AI’s technology running smoothly and tails wagging.

Revanth builds full-stack product features, backend APIs, and data workflows that power Personal AI’s platform. He works across design, implementation, testing, and production maintenance to deliver scalable, reliable software.
