This week, we’re excited to announce the relaunch of our native integrations—now rebuilt for faster, more reliable data sync and upload. With enhanced support for Google Drive, Gmail, OneDrive, and Outlook, it’s easier than ever to bring your content into the platform and keep it up to date.
Let’s walk through two examples to show how the new experience works—using Google Drive and Gmail. The same streamlined process applies to OneDrive and Outlook as well.
Memory Integration for Google Drive
The Google Drive integration lets you sync files and folders directly from your Google Drive, automatically uploading data to your persona. These uploads will update dynamically as you make changes in Google Drive.
To connect your Google Drive, click the purple Connect button.
To log in, you’ll be redirected to an authentication pop-up. Follow the prompts to complete the login process and grant access.
Once connected, you’ll be directed to your Google Drive, where you can select the folders or files you’d like to sync to your persona’s memory.
After selecting the files or folders you want to sync, click Sync in the bottom-right corner.
Once synced, the files will begin uploading automatically to your persona.
If you synced a folder, any new files added to it in Google Drive will be automatically uploaded to your persona.
In the top-right corner, you’ll see timestamps showing when the last sync occurred and when the next one is scheduled.
Memory Integration for Gmail
The Gmail integration lets you sync emails directly from your inbox, automatically uploading data to your persona. These uploads will update dynamically as you make changes in Gmail labels.
Just like with Google Drive, you can connect your Gmail by clicking the purple Connect button.
To log in, you’ll be redirected to an authentication pop-up. Follow the prompts to complete the login process and grant access.
Once connected, you’ll be directed to your Gmail, where you can select the labels you’d like to sync to your persona’s memory.
After selecting the labels you want to sync, click Sync in the bottom-right corner.
Once synced, the emails will begin uploading automatically to your persona.
If you synced a label, any new emails added to it in Gmail will be automatically uploaded to your persona.
In the top-right corner, you’ll see timestamps showing when the last sync occurred and when the next one is scheduled.
The process is the same for OneDrive and Outlook—just connect your account to start syncing emails, uploading files, or managing shared folders. These upgraded integrations ensure your data flows seamlessly and securely from the tools your teams already use, helping you streamline workflows and stay effortlessly connected.
